Oh, yay! I'm glad you think it makes sense, I was a little afraid people would think the role of the Beast belonged to Sherlock. He would make a terrific Beast and, at first, I tried writing it with him at the Beast, but it didn't fit. Then, I started thinking about Beast!John and everything clicked.
