Oh yes, they plan to meet, they have to meet! Right now, John's opinion of Sherlock is something like "what's this?" I suppose he's surprised that someone decided to ignore Harry's warnings and sneak around their manor anyway. But we'll get a little look inside John's head pretty soon.
