This is really drawing me in. When I first read the prompt I hadn't been expecting John to be the Beast but it kind of makes sense now that I think about it.

As for chapters Previous and Next are probably enough. Or maybe First, Previous, and Next. That way if people link in from a comm they can quickly jump to the beginning.
