I've never really had an experience with a fanfic where I've thought "This. This is my life". Until now. I'm in a long distance relationship with a man who, for slightly Sherlock-esque reasons, prefers to text and it is exactly like this. Texting each other last thing at night, falling asleep and not replying - that was perfectly done.

It's also very well written; I can't believe it's your first fanfic. Plus you included a recipe, so I don't see how this doesn't win all the the prizes. I look forward to reading more of your fic in the future.
